Our Transportation Management System (TMS) is a fully web-based HIPAA compliant toolset for taking appointments, scheduling, client management, routing, dispatch, and billing. Data can be imported from other systems (such as a broker) at automatic intervals and the system can alert you. Reports such as revenue forecast, vehicle tracking, no shows and cancellations are available on the web and can be customized.

Signature Processing System

Our system allows for speedy turnaround in processing claims. The provider captures a signature via electronic signature pad or paper and uploads to our system over a secure web connection or fax. We can process for your billing department immediately. We can also verify the signature was the customers.

Home Health System

Our Biometric program enables an aide, nurse that provides service at a resident the ability to check in, check out to log their times at each location, we are then able to send reports via internet for billing purposes. Our voice recognition enhances the call.
